Prior approval is required for ANY planting, concrete work, building, or physical changes
to a unit. Owners may pick up a Construction Packet at the Office.
One TV or Radio Antenna mast is allowed on a unit, with a maximum height of
20’. These may only be located at the center rear or right rear corner of the Utility
Shed, or the right rear corner of the Screen/Florida room roof.
