| Paradise Park, a
condominium association, consist of 314 units approximately 42' by 63' in the shape of a
parallelogram so that parking is on a 45 degree angle for privacy. Each unit has full
hookups with underground utilities for telephone, wiring, and individual electric meters.
All the streets are paved and lighted. An 8' x 10' aluminum shed and a 10' x 20' aluminum
screen room is permitted on each unit. |

| Maintenance of the
common area and the cost of trash collection, lawn care, etc. are paid from a quarterly
condominium fee. Management of the park is handled by an elected board of directors, a
full time park supervisor and a full time office manager. |

| Units are
available for re-sale in all areas of the park. Some have only a 10' x 20' patio while
others have a shed and screen room. Units are also available for rent on a daily, monthly
or annual basis. |

not a public recreation vehicle park, visitors are welcome as guests of property owners or
guests of the park on a short term basis for viewing the park as potential owners. A fee
is charged. Paradise Park is an adult park with provisions for children to visit as
guests. Pets are welcome. Animal runs are available for walking and other activities. |
